- Yesterday was quite a busy day in Mariners roster moves as the team shuffled multiple players around due to injuries. Among them were Shed Long, who was transferred to the 60-day IL as he continues rehabbing his right shin, and Jake Fraley, who was added to the 10-day IL with right shoulder inflammation. Wyatt Mills also re-joined the big league club after being recalled from Tacoma.

- Former Mariners RHP Erasmo Ramirez has been DFA’d by the Detroit Tigers, and rookie RHP Jason Foley has been recalled from Triple-A Toledo in a corresponding move. Additionally, the Tigers have also reinstated catcher Eric Haase from the 10-day IL.
- The Cleveland Indians have optioned struggling reliever James Karinchak to Triple-A Columbus, and have activated first baseman Bobby Bradley from the IL to take his spot on the roster.
