Logan Gilbert is on... TV?

Happy Sunday! The Mariners are once again not putting this game on TV. But the Angels are! And while that might cause you to look more kindly on the Angels’ management, let me remind you that only one of these teams is batting Albert Pujols fourth today. Fourth!

Logan Gilbert makes his spring debut today, being scheduled to pitch two of the six scheduled innings. I, for one, am excited to see him face off against this Angels lineup, featuring some very good major league players (and also Albert Pujols). Please also enjoy this renaissance artist’s representation of Mike Trout and his cast of surrounding outfielders for his entire career in Anaheim.

Here’s the rest of the game roster, mostly uninteresting to me except for, that’s right, JULIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Say, did you know Julio also appears in a renaissance painting? Wild stuff!

Enjoy the game on this drizzly Northwestern Sunday. Spring is coming. I think.
