Shohei Ohtani singlehandedly takes on the Mariners

Good evening, and welcome to what promises to be one of the more interesting Spring Training games so far! The Mariners will be taking on the hated California Angels of Los Angeles, Anaheim. Leading off for the Angels will be Shohei Ohtani, followed by some other people that play baseball.

One of those people is Jon Jay, who the Mariners famously should have definitely signed before 2018, a season which saw him put up the lowest fly ball percentage of any qualified player.

For their part, the Mariners have a lineup that pretty closely resembles the projected Opening Day lineup, which is neat. If they don’t lose, they will also have an opportunity tomorrow to make their record 6-6-6, which would also be neat.

Game time: 6:40 PM PST

TV: Root Sports NW

Radio: 710 AM ESPN

Note that the game will also be airing tonight on MLB Network starting at 9:00 PM PST.
