In playoff news...
- It was an NLDS-only day yesterday. In the first contest, the Braves blanked Milwaukee 3-0 on the back of a terrific start by Max Fried to even the series at 1-1.
- The Dodgers bats came out swinging in a 9-2 win over the Giants, bringing their series to 1-1 as well. Chris Taylor added another multi-hit outing in this one.
