FanPost Friday: 20 games down, let’s do some polls!

If the season was one hockey game, the Mariners just finished the first period and are getting chewed out by the head coach and trash cans are flying

The Mariners scuffled their way through 20 games in 20 days with a record of 7-13. They currently sit at pick 3 for the 2021 MLB Draft with the Red Sox(!!!!) and the Pirates (well duh) ahead of them. The FUBAR for Kumar dream is alive for now, but who knows how the next 40 games will stack up because this season is pure, small-sample-size CHAOS. That said, let’s talk about the performances of these mostly young Mariners through the first third of the season. Ideally, we want to see good strides from the young core of the lineup, some surprises from a fringe player or two, solid outings from the young starters, and anything that isn’t a collapsing black hole from the bullpen.

Let’s do these polls! Sound off in the comments with your rationales and rant about anything I missed.
