The Mariners are going for their first series win of the year on Thursday night in Orange County. In each of the first two games, the winning team has scored 10 runs, with the Angels taking the first game before the Mariners answered with a comeback win last night.
Marco Gonzales takes the hill for the good guys opposed by Angels offseason acquisition Dylan Bundy, who boasts 24 strikeouts and just four walks in four career games against the M’s. On the offensive side, J.P. Crawford will hold down the leadoff spot after a tremendous game there on Wednesday night. Evan White and his head-spinning defense get the night off as José Marmolejos digs out his first baseman glove.
Evan White not in the lineup tonight, just a day off. Could see him late in the game.

Austin Nola able to get on the field in Anaheim and move around. Could be available for pinch hitting duties. The hope is he can start tomorrow.
Joe Hudson will also catch Gonzales for the first time in a real game, which might be an interesting thing to monitor as the battery tries to shutdown a potent Angels’ lineup.
Crazy prediction for the night? Marmolejos gets his first big-league dong. I’ll say it goes to the opposite field and comes on a 2-0 count.
Update (6:01 p.m.): Mike Trout had sex several months ago and as a result of that will not be playing in tonight’s game.
Lineups
Congrats to Mike Trout ... who was placed on the paternity list today. And to the Mariners, who won't have to face him. Here's the lineups for 6:40 pm PT start. pic.twitter.com/MuZq5ndi9J
