FanPost Friday: Who is on your ultimate All-Star team?

Major League Baseball feels really far away, so let’s build a super team!

Hello and welcome to FanPost Friday. Huge shoutout to Ashley MacLennan for supplying this week’s prompt. I don’t know about y’all, but the lack of moves by the Mariners combined with it being early December and winter is coming and all that crap....it’s making me feel like the 2021 MLB season is pretty far off! We can get our fixes with LIDOM and the Australian Baseball League starts December 17, but for all us Mariners-minded folk who weren’t able to attend a single game at T-Mobile Park due to a still rampaging pandemic, it’s feeling a bit glum out here. Your mileage may vary.

So, with that in mind, we’ve got a fun and silly prompt for you today.

Choose your ULTIMATE ALL-STAR TEAM

The Rules:

  1. All the players you select MUST be retired. No active players allowed.
  2. You can only choose ONE Mariners player. Expand your horizons!

That’s it! Copy and paste the positions below into a comment or write a whole FanPost about why you chose your own Springfield Nuclear Power Plant Softball Team.
