Another day, and another pair of high stakes games. The fairly snoozer early rounds of the playoffs have yielded to some nail-biting championship series’ and it’s neutral fans who are the beneficiaries. Of course, neutral probably isn’t the prevailing sentiment towards today’s game seven this evening, but the Dodgers and Braves will take the stage first now that their game holds a touch less timing challenge. Braves at Dodgers just kicked off on FS1 and oops the Dodgers are winning already.
This evening’s tilt is on TBS at 5:37 PM PST, featuring the Rays trying to stave off one of the sports most ignominious honors: blowing a 3-0 lead. Maybe it’s an East coast thing. The Astros are desperate to continue clinging to their absurd underdog narrative, but then again every team in every sport believes they’re an underdog to some degree. Lineups to come in this one, which should feature Charlie Morton against the kitchen sink of Houston.
