Tonight is the MLB Futures Game, which is a somewhat weird phrase for their showcase of the best young players yet to debut in MLB. The Mariners have three players represented in what will be the most star-studded event of this sort in some time. This year the league has done away with the World vs. USA format in favor of an AL-NL All-Star Game style. In that same vein, every team gets at least one representative. For the past few years, Seattle has been the beneficiaries of that rule, but this year three M’s have earned their stripes.

Also of interest, this is a rare shot at updated data on many top prospects! Just... probably not from the broadcast.
For those wanting Statcast numbers on some of the top prospects in the game, Baseball Savant has a gamefeed for the Futures Game.https://t.co/qVyYxXjudI
