Good evening! If you’re like me, you’re wondering where all the trades are. We have been led to believe that Jerry Dipoto likes to trade and that we have players to trade. And yet, there have been no trades today.
Mike Leake is one of the top ranked Mariners on the trading block. He is set to start as I am typing this. Personally, I’m rooting for a trade to happen in the middle of an at bat in the third inning or so. Scott Servais will got out to the mound to get him, and Leake will sprint off the mound with glee. Unfortunately for you, dear readers, our own one-man Mike Leake Fan Club, Gotty, is on the recap tonight. If this happens it will be a rather morose reading.
