You’ll notice that today is a weekday day game where most working people in both team’s hometown won’t be able to watch the game. That’s fine, it’s only the fourth game of the season and the Mariners just beat a good Cleveland team and home and are looking to keep the good times rolling and we’re getting our first regular season look at Marco Gonzales. But, no it’s fine, let’s go play an NL team during the day two games in a row. Maybe some tech workers will be able to skip out early and ride their motorized sidewalk scooters to AT&T Park while casually vaping to see this one, oh, hmmm (/realizes this joke applies to Seattle now, too /has deep existential crisis /sells house /becomes monk).

Well, at least Seattle still smells better than San Francisco most of the time.
