Sporcle Friday: Mariners with Lots of Seasons with Lots of Strikeouts

In honor of Edwin Diaz

MLB: Seattle Mariners at Kansas City Royals Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

In case you have missed the Mariners first 10 games, Edwin Diaz has been insanely good. Almost indescribably good. How good? Well, he’s struck out 12 batters in five innings of work. He’s averaging over 21 strikeouts per nine innings and has a 66.7% strikeout rate. He’s been untouchable. In his honor, I’ve compiled a quiz that asks you to name the 16 Mariners that have recorded multiple seasons with double-digit K/9 ratio. Good luck.
