A game that starts at the same time as the one before it? What is this sorcery? This is just the second time in the young season that the Mariners have experienced this, but thankfully the nightmare schedule of the past two weeks is drawing to a close.
Félix looks to rebound from an absolutely brutal start against San Francisco tonight, while the Royals are countering with something called Eric Skoglund. While it’s tempting to snark about Kansas City’s toothless lineup, they did score ten last night, so I’ll refrain from that for now.
Lineups!

Taylor Motter gets his first start of the year, filling in at first base. It’s a reasonable assumption to expect that to continue against left-handers until Ryon Healy is healthy - and good news on that front!
Healy is already out of his walking boot. He had a Grade 2 sprain.
