• The Mariners quietly came to an agreement with the Phillies’ former closer.

• Rumor has it the M’s have attempted to acquire starting pitcher Ervin Santana, among others.
• David Phelps is continuing to progress well in his rehab and could return to action as early as Friday.

• The Rainiers won in walk-off fashion yesterday! The final score was 2-1.
