Hello it is I, person who has spent the entire day looking up people I've never heard of and writing capsules about their baseball careers based on very little to no information. My big disappointment of the day is the Mariners did not draft OSU closer Max Engelbrekt, who is a good pitcher and a kickass dude, and instead he went to the Nationals, and I am sad and mad. I am thus charging Sam Gaviglio to pitch a revenge game for this, and also for the major hurting the Twins put on us last night. Although I like to just pretend they were trying to demonstrate to hot new recruit/80s teen movie villain Sam Carlson just how badly we need him.

The game is on, in all the old familiar places. I would love to provide more detailed matchup info but my computer is at 7% battery because I spent an hour trying to figure out which high school one of our draft choices attended and if I don't get this out posthaste Sweezo will put up a thread anyway. Do better than yesterday, nerds. Get revenge, sweet Sam (you will always be the number one Sam in my heart).
P.S. Chase De Jong is up, Casey Lawrence is down, the long reliever ouroboros grows a smidgen taller.
