After a disappointing yet somehow unsurprising yet surprising anyway sweep by the Astros in the EuroDisney castoff known as Minute Maid Park, the Mariners attempt to get back on track against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium. I really hope some of ROOT's b-roll today features Wade Miley bathing in a fountain.

Some EXCITING NEWS came down today and believe it or not, it doesn't feature any Mariners going on the DL:

I do not know what it means to "arm emoji" all over the HR Derby but I have a bad feeling it starts with "f" and rhymes with a word Kyle Seager won't say in public. Petco has not been the hitting desert of yore (in fact, it ranks smack in the middle of the pack for HRs this year) but Robi still has his work cut out for him.
