Well, hell, this series hasn't gone well has it? Fortunately the Mariners have The Stopper, Wade LeBlanc, on the hill and ready to go as they try to salvage a game in Houston. It's amazing how two Very Mariner Losses can take the starch out of a 7-2 homestand, but this series sure has felt extremely predictable.
Speaking of predictable, whoo boy, is this roster ever not. Matt has the recap on another day of whirlwind DL'ings, callups, demotions, Bullpen Days, and ever so much more. With the starting pitching just absolutely reeling from injury this roster shuffling has felt more and more like a weekly occurrence. Let's hope the All-Star Break heals Tai, that the Foot Doctor says "yes, this is foot", and that Felix comes back on July 20th ready to kick some ass.
Let's win a baseball game, shall we? Or at least observe the millionaires we root for win one.
