Now that we've done that, it's time to hunker down and watch some freshly baked, all natural Seattle Mariners action. Tonight the Mariners host the Houston Astros. You may remember them from sweeping us a few weeks ago. I'm going to be honest with you guys though- the past is the past, we can only worry about what's ahead.
What's ahead is Doug Fister. Fister has had a very serviceable and adequate first half of the 2016 campaign. So the big thing that you want to do is jump on his fastball early and often.
Speaking of fastballs, PAXTON BACK. He's been bringing the heat in his first handful of starts, and is showing no signs of slowing down. Let's hope that he didn't lose his touch over that looooooong All-Star Break.
