6/28: Open Game Thread

Hi. Tell me about your Tuesday so far in twelve words or less. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, thanks for coming by to watch some freshly baked, well rested, Seattle Mariners action. The Pittsburgh Pirates have come to town. They used to be very bad, then very good, and now they are bad(ish) again. You can read all about that in Jake's preview.

Tonight Hisashi Iwakuma toes the rubber coming off a rough start in Detroit. He only lasted until the 5th and gave up three home runs. If Sunday was any indication of the Seattle marine layer, he may be in some trouble tonight as well.

On the other side, it's Jonathan Niese. The former Met seems like a Niese boy, but I don't have a lot of character witnesses on him. So take that with a grain of salt.
