The game, it be threaded

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Hello there fellow Landingers, today is the day where a new winning streak begins, for

Today, we have Nate Karns vs. Mike Leake on the hill in a battle of the opposites. Leake will pitch to contact and rely mostly on his command and somewhat varied arsenal of pitches, while Karns will be somewhat predictable but has overwhelming stuff. Tonight marks the second game of the NOki experience, which while potentially worse, is also much more sane.

Elsewhere in the AL West, the Rangers face the Red Sox, the Astros are in Kansas City, and the A's and Angels square off in So. Cal.
