Earlier this week, on Wednesday, Kyle Seager went 1 for 1 with a single and three walks. For those keeping score at home, an OBP of 1.000 is not too shabby. Hooray for figuring out how to be a good baseball player again, Kyle! We all missed you the first ~month of the season. This was actually the third time that Seager has secured three free passes in a single game. His feat got me thinking about how many other Mariners players have recorded three or more walks in a game... which brings us to today's Sporcle!
In M's franchise history, 107 different players have been walked three or more times in a baseball game. Naming that many players seemed a bit excessive—instead, today's quiz asks you to try and recall the 47 Mariners who accomplished this feat more than once. I've already given you one player; how many of the other 46 can you remember? Some of these names are easy... others are definitely not.
Good luck, have fun, and #gobiz.
NOTE: The year listed on the quiz corresponds to the first year a player played with Seattle.
