4/24: Open game thread

Well the Mariners are back at it again this afternoon, mere hours after dropping a giant piano on the foot of Felix Hernandez, who was singlehandedly moving your entire apartment up the stairs into the better unit that has those big bay windows looking out over the harbor. Instead you get to stay stuck in your basement closet and watch Wade Miley throw baseballs around Mike Trout and it's probably going to go just as you expected. Oh yeah, there's a rent increase too. Also a mouse, but you can keep him away as long as you make some loud noises from time to time.

What I really should be doing right now is homework before the game starts, but instead I decided to photoshop the beards--just the beards--off promo photos of today's starters, Wade Miley and Matt Shoemaker. Please feel free to download these and put them on whatever you'd like: photos of babies, little ducks, maybe print them out on a big piece of paper and wear em to a game as a sign of protest against the ever-increasing commodification of promotional items handed out at the gates of every baseball stadium. Don't say LL never did anything for you.
