• The Mariners have singed Efren Navarro to a minor league deal.
• Marc W aggregated all of the top prospects lists for the Mariners to find the average top 10.
• The Royals have signed Salvador Perez to a five-year contract extension.
• The Cardinals have also extended the contract of second baseman Kolten Wong.
• Carter Capps will be getting an MRI done soon on his elbow.
• Yasiel Puig is not expected to be suspended from baseball for his involvement in a bar fight this offseason.
