Well the Mariners are set to take on the Dodgers this afternoon, and what they are going to do is they are going to hand a baseball to Wade Miley and they are going to send him out there and instruct him to throw it about eighty times or so. Then, in intervals of varying length, a set of Mariners hitters will go up and watch a man named Scott Kazmir, who somehow pitches for the Dodgers now, do the same. Who are those Mariners hitters you ask?

Big thing to watch today will be what happens after Miley gets his requisite __ innings of work. I quite honestly hope he doesn't last too long--Steve Cishek, MiMo, Nuño, Casey Coleman, Guaipe, and Future Closer™ Tony Zych are all available out of the pen this afternoon, with Zych being the only one to throw in yesterday's bizarre win over the White Sox. On one hand, I don't know when "The Bullpen" isn't the last brick set in the wall of a team trying to build to contention. On the other, yikes.
