It is September 14, 2015, and the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros are battling for the AL West title. The Seattle Mariners and Los Angeles Angels' playoff hopes are gone. Welcome to reality, and your March/April nightmares.

But hey, we play on. Baseball's baseball, and there's little left to watch—at least for Seattle. So we look for some glimmers, and maybe they find that tonight in Taijuan Walker, who's due for some time off after today's start.
