9/10: Open Game Thread

First things first:

Today the Mariners look to send the Rangers back to Arlington with at least a series split, which means two things in the context of Sunday's optimism. There, if you remember, we were watching as these terrible Mariners suddenly started clicking right before a bunch of games against division opponents directly above them in the standings--but suddenly hushed whispers of four game series against the Rangers quickly turned into let's at least tie the series which will turn into wait, right, you can't dig up.

We at least get to watch Felix pitch, and by now you know the song, so just sing it in your head. We're also going to be treated to more of the O'Malley show out in center, the Ice Cream Man, and maybe there will even be some Beltre hijinks so hey, look, if you're here right now watching baseball that means things can't really be all that bad. You're gonna miss this in a few weeks, anyway.
