During the tail end of these types of seasons, it can be amusing to pause, think about a certain player, and try to imagine what you'll remember about him when you start a sentence with "Hey, remember 2015 when..." like four years from now. He is a guy you can do that with.

Also, speaking about the rest of the year, it's getting to be about that point that you start to wonder just how much you want the Mariners to win any particular game. By winning percentage, they're currently tied for the eighth-worst record and, as only the top 10 picks are protected, you'd really hope they wouldn't do any climbing in the standings.
