Probably the craziest thing today is that after all the moving and shaking, the Seattle Mariners will play a baseball game in the Twin Cities. Ketel Marte makes his major league debut, leading off and playing second. He will wear the number "4" which is a Mariner number of some renown.
Iconic #4's in M's history: Jose Lopez (2005-2010) Mark McLemore (2000-2003) Harold Reynolds (1987-1992) https://t.co/ISa5FqCOnZ

Jesus Montero also returns to the lineup at first base and Lloyd has assured the media that he will get his due shot while he's up. All the trades today have left the 25-man in a pretty odd spot, so Jose Ramirez and Rob Rassmussen both get added to the squad. Let's hope for a return to winning ways and for Ketel Marte to have the debut of his dreams. Good luck, kid. We'll be rooting for you.
