- The Phillies agreed to a deal with reliever David Hernandez.
- The A's brought reliever John Axford on board with a one-year contract.
- The Mets and Pirates made a swap, exchanging pitcher Jon Niese and second baseman Neil Walker.
- The Angels have signed outfielder Craig Gentry.
- Emilio Bonifacio has agreed to a one-year deal with the Braves.
- Darwin Barney will be returning to Toronto on a one-year deal.
- The Tigers have acquired pitcher Justin Wilson from the Yankees.
- The Astros have traded for reliever Ken Giles.
- Infielder Asdrubal Cabrera inked a multi-year deal with the Mets.
- The Nationals have come to terms on a contract with Shawn Kelley.
