Trade Deadline GM Aptitude Quiz

Hello armchair GMs and rosterbaters,

Recently you have been pretending to be a baseball general manager.  In order for us to allow you to continue this behavior we would like you to complete this short aptitude quiz.  The points awarded for each question will be listed at the bottom.  We ask that you keep track of your answers on your own privately owned piece of paper or note taking electronic device in order to figure out your point totals once the quiz is completed.  It should go without saying, but honor and honesty are highly valued attributes of general managers and cheating on this quiz by looking at the points available for each answer is not only highly discouraged, it may be punishable under the law.

Once your score is totaled please refer to the 1990s style magazine list of point total results at the bottom.  Combined results of all test takers should be available.  Possibly.  Maybe.  This is a colon:
