Enter baseball game. Enter Scott Baker. Baker gets his first start of the spring and oh god please dammit be good. Of course I mean in the general "Mariners pitching rotation already falling into shambles" sense and not in the "please play good because I care deeply about the results of Cactus League games". A healthy, effective Scott Baker would go a long ways when patching this pitching problem.
What else, Abe Almonte leading off again, good. Robinson Cano never takes a day off, even in Spring games. Brad Miller attempts to one up Nick Franklin today in their ongoing battle. Angels are trotting out their B lineup, although I don't know if they are doing split-squads or just disrespecting the Mariners. I don't feel disrespected, do you feel disrespected?
I think the Angels are supposed to go above the Mariners below because they are the away team but fuck the Angels. [just in case]
