James Paxton shows up eighth, and a few days ago we saw Jose Campos and Jabari Blash on Baseball America's list of the top prospects in the Northwest League, as well. My policy has always been to keep from getting too excited about a prospect until he's performing in double-A, but that doesn't mean I ignore the lower-level guys entirely, and there is talent down there. Hell, Paxton was in double-A by the end of the year. Walker shouldn't be far behind.
