Tacoma and Colorado Springs were washed out. They'll make it up as part of a doubleheader tonight.

Corpus Christi edged San Antonio, 2-1. Cesar Jimenez has every right to be heated at his teammates right about now. Jimenez went six spectacular innings allowing only two hits and a hit batter while striking out two. Everything went down the chute with a disaster appearance from Nate Mateo who lasted only an inning and handing the Hooks two runs. Jason Bourgeois had the only Mission XBH, a double while Sebastein Boucher added two hits.

Cesar Jimenez: 6.0 IP, 2 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 K.
Sebastien Boucher: 2-5.
Jason Bourgeois: 1-5, 1 2B.
Jeff Clement: 0-3, 1 BB.
Wladimir Balentien: 0-3, 1 BB.
Oswaldo Navarro: 1-4, 1 RBI.

Inland Empire smashed High Desert, 9-0. Robert Rohrbaugh was solid as he went five and two-thirds giving up four hits and a walk while fanning seven. The offense had a field day with the Maverick pitchers as they teed off for 8 XBH's (all doubles). Four 66ers went multi-hit including Yung Chi Chen who smacked four hits of his own.

Robert Rohrbaugh: 5.2 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 K.
Yung Chi Chen: 4-5, 2 2B, 2 RBI.
Reed Eastley: 2-5, 2 2B.
Mike Wilson: 1-4, 2 RBI.
Matt Tuiasosopo: 1-3, 1 2B, 1 BB, 1 RBI.
Luis Oliveros: 2-4, 1 2B, 1 RBI.
Chris Colton: 2-3, 2 2B, 1 BB, 1 RBI.

Wisconsin got by Peoria, 6-3. Wisconsin jumped out of the gate quick and put up a three-spot for Robert Fagen in the bottom of the first. Good thing too since he'd eventually piss that away before getting yanked in favor of Nick Allen who held it together with some help from Joe Woerman and Edgar Guaramato. The 1, 2 & 3 of the T-Rat order all had nice nights at the dish to lead the attack.

Robert Fagen: 4.2 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 6 BB, 4 K.
Robert Hudson: 2-4, 1 RBI.
Chao Kuan Wu: 2-4, 3 RBI.
Michael Saunders: 2-4.
Bryan Sabatella: 0-3, 1 BB, 1 RBI.
Jeff Dominguez: 1-4.
