The free agency period started yesterday and the M's appear to be closing in on a deal with free agent catcher Kenji Jojima. The Tribune reports that Jojima and the M's are close on a 2 year, $8 million agreement, with an optional third year.
So there you have it, a little early morning rumor to go along with your coffee.
