A pretty simple methodology involving a basic three-year weighted scheme (1, 0.5, 0.25) and a league correction factor, if necessary. I won't drag you through it. If you aren't familiar with FIP or xFIP, do a quick scan of the Hardball Times. So let's just get right to it:

Kevin Millwood: 3.68, 3.86
Esteban Loaiza: 3.80, 4.03
Jeff Weaver: 4.24, 4.37
Paul Byrd: 4.04, 4.43
Jarrod Washburn: 4.38, 4.71
Matt Morris: 4.22, 3.99
Since FIP inherently assumes a league-average hit rate, you can knock a few more points off each of those for playing in Safeco in front of what's going to be a damn good defense.
