Dustin Ackley has a .320/.364/.420 line over his last 15 games. It's a long way from saying he's fixed, but he's done some things that have been encouraging at the plate. This morning, I'd like to simply present those moments.
This is the Dustin Ackley the Mariners saw in 2011, ripping line drives to the gaps and spraying outside pitches to left field. He's struggled immensely with the outside strike (especially from lefties), and I squealed with glee at both of the LF doubles. We're looking for anything positive from Dustin Ackley at this point, so here it is. Keep it up.
