One of the cavities we need to fill in this post-Sullivan LL world is the semi-regular posting of a music thread. Those are fun, and we haven't done one in a while, so here's one now.

Inspired by this comment in the OT from Mothy, let's do this. Let's put together playlists featuring a band starting with every letter of the alphabet. If you want to put together a playlist with all 26, great, otherwise chip in with whatever - it would be cool to get multiple 26-song playlists across different genres.

I must admit I miss making mix tapes/CD's; online playlists are awesome, but I love the tactile experience of riffling through my collection, pulling out piles of candidates, and winnowing down until I find the right mix of music for what I'm trying to do. But, since physical product is not what people want, I have shifted to making mixes online. Progress!
