Deal is for $4MM + incentives. Based on how much he could make if he hits his innings limit, kind of hard to believe Seattle could not have matched/better the offer. His arm can fall off and he still could pitch in the back of our rotation. I hope this isn't an issue like he just didn't want to play in Seattle, because if hitters AND pitchers don't want to come here, we have a bit of a problem.
