Post recovery, ie this morning, I woke up to this from Jeff and this from Dave Cameron. Both containing text about the "poor" decision making of Eric Wedge: Dave had this tidbit to say in his comments
In the postgame audio, Wedge straight up said he was afraid to go to Jaso while the Orioles had a lefty up in the pen

Justin Smoak strikes out swinging
Casper Wells flies out
Miguel Olivo walks
John Jaso pinch hits for Brendan Ryan\
Brian Matusz (L) replaces Jake Arrieta (R)
Alex Liddi pinch hits for John Jaso
Alex Lidd strikes out cause that all he
Let revisit what Dave Cameron said: In the postgame audio, Wedge straight up said he was afraid to go to Jaso while the Orioles had a lefty up in the pen
Either Eric Wedge says whatever he feels like each day as an excuse for his piss poor management or Eric Wedge learned something between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Whether its the former or the latter, Eric Wedge is still a terrible baseball manager.
