Watching paint dry is an oft-used comparison to indicate that something is boring. You might even consider making said reference in regards to this just-completed baseball game, perhaps including a dismissive hand gesture. But if you think about it, watching paint dry involves sitting still, with no distractions, and focusing on one single thing for hours on end. Watching paint dry is basically meditation. And meditation is supposed to be all good for you and your karmic soul.

This wasn't a game with little offense, this was a two-plus-hour relaxation break.
