What are your baseball pet peeves?

The postseason is just around the corner. Inevitably, some announcer is going to say, Derek Jeter is the all-time postseason leader in this and all-time postseason leader in that. Well, no shit Sherlock. The Wild Card was added in 1995, significantly expanding the playoffs. 1995 is also the same year the New York Yankee resurgence started. The Yankees have only missed the postseason once since then and Jeter has been with the team the whole time. Jeter has been to the World Series seven times and played in 152 postseason games. In comparison, Mickey Mantle participated in the World Series 12 times, yet has only 65 postseason games to his credit. Without even looking, I'm willing to bet, Mariano Rivera is on the all-time postseason list in a few categories too. So, announcers, when it comes to all-time postseason stats, shut your pie hole. Thanks.

This brings the question back to you. What are your baseball pet peeves? After that series in Chicago, you should have a few of them... Go!
