Is the combined mechanics of a lefty plus a righty granny style?
If so, I’m quite looking forward to Vargas’s next outing.
Biomechanics in general
Would be an interesting topic to engage Jack Z (or other members of the FO) at the next USSM/LL event, given the opportunity. Do the M’s use something like that? What returns have they seen? And if not, why not?
Didn't Trout put the next pitch from Vazquez into the seat?
I do find this biomechanics breakdown interesting. To which end I’d love to know if the M’s feel they’ve seen any significant improvements in the performance/injury avoidance from their minor league players on the new program implemented last year.
