We lost?
Last I checked we were up 4-1. Worst game of the year?

Is this a running joke I missed the start of?
The chart clearly indicates we won so…

It's because Jeff always does his charts relative to the Mariners so up=win
While (correct me if I am wrong) fangraphs does relative to the home team. So sometimes for us down = win

I don't think he's as good as his results though.
Pretty tough to maintain his strand rate and ERA with almost no strikeouts

That is what we said about Doug!
Then he magically added velocity and became good!
How come you can do all this other great shit, but you can't lie the fuck down and sleep?

Those smiles are quickly making Trayvon my favorite player.
...and now I'm here
Isn't it nice to see a major leaguer actually enjoying himself?

The Mariners should suck the joy right out of him eventually.
Doug Fister. :(
Trayvon is the new Mike Cameron.
Everyone sad to see Griffey and Fister go, but Cameron and Trayvon quickly made us forget with their smiles.

Yeah, I'm officially in love.
“That was wild. I couldn’t believe it,” Robinson said. “I just tried to put a good swing on it and it jumped off the bat. When I got to second base, I was like, `Good. I hit a double,’ because I only hit nine doubles in the minors this year — so I figure now I’m in double digits. Then I saw the umpire wave his hand, and I was like, `Hey, that’s even sweeter.’ It’s the best feeling. It’s the best week of my life. Every day is something new.”

That was hilarious when he stopped at second base.
What a great night for the guy though, holy crap has he impressed the Mariner’s fans right off the bat…
I love that he keeps such close tabs on his stats like that.
I’m sure many others do as well but aren’t so quick to admit it.

I don't think so.
We got the kids. Just need to watch them grow.

Really a great positive guy
I’ve the feeling a player like that can’t never be a problem for a ballclub
I was listening on the radio,
and I was so happy to heard about how Toriiiiiiiiiiiiiii got easily picked off by Beavan at 2nd because he took from first base BEFORE the RHP Beavan had lifted his front foot. Ken Levine and Rick Rizz then discussed how Torii has stolen bases 3 bases this year while being caught stealing 6 times. When the next inning began, Ken Levine goes: “So I went to the Angels booth after Hunter was picked off and said, ‘You don’t usually see something like that!’ The Angels broadcast crew responded, ‘We do with Torii!’”
