Franklin Gutierrez may re-join Mariners next week
He also may not, but the moment is approaching. While Guti presumably won't be 100% right off the bat, there's something to be said for simply having his name in the lineup. There's also something to be said for walnuts in salad. There are many things to be said for walnuts in salad. Here's one of the things to be said for walnuts in salad: mmmm

I don't think there's any question it'll happen (barring a Smoak-like tear from Saunders starting now).
I'm not so sure.
I mean it will probably happen but I’m not sure it will happen immediately. Since Guti presumably won’t be 100% and with Bradley getting himself tossed so frequently it may make sense to send down a pitcher and carry a 5th outfielder who can play CF for a while, at least until Guti is ready to play every day.
A bullpen arm seems more realistic.
We pretty much only use four of them. Furthermore, Guti hasn’t been the healthiest guy lately, so it might be better to have a backup CF on the bench.
EEW!

Saunders may be kept up here for his defense in both CF and LF
as Gutierrez will need days off and Bradley will probably explode.

Those of us with nut allergies
Have other words for gratuitous nut garnishes.
(Which might actually qualify as a terrible name for a decent band, now that I think about it, if there was a decent band named “Gratuitous Nut Garnishes.” Which there should be.)
Combining:
Walnut goat cheese spinach pizza. Exactly as delicious as Guti.
