So thanks to the joy that is interleague play, those of us who live in and about Washington, DC will have the chance to watch the Mariners live and in-person! Tuesday through Thursday, June 21-23 the Mariners will take on the Nats. The first two games are 7 PM affairs, while the Thursday game is a 1:05 start time. Should things continue as they have been with the rotation, the expected pitchers are Fister-Bedard-Pineda, and in that order. 

A good friend and I are going to be at some of these games, and thought that perhaps there might be other LLers in the DC area who would like to meet and grab a Ben's half-smoke or some such thing. Even without tickets all together, I can't imagine that a Nats-Mariners weekday series will sell out. I'm sure we can all find a bunch of seats together if need be. 

So if you're thinking of going to the game, or if you know you are, let me know in the comments. I won't be at Tuesday's game, but I could try and plan something for the Wednesday or Thursday games. At the very least, it would be nice to root for the M's with some like-minded fans. I look forward to hopefully meeting a few of you!
