That second one is great
It’s like he’s being told something surprising but then he immediately thinks it’s ok, since he kinda nods and smiles at the end of it
Probably when he was told that a player was arrested,
followed by the revelation that it was Milton Bradley.

I think "gif", as in "gift" without the 't' just sounds kind of awkward.
“jif” seems more natural. Just my opinion though…

Teva and Adidas
Teva, the shoes, is pronounced like television… Teva. No one ever cared to pronounce that one right either. Same thing with Adidas. We all know how to pronounce it, right? Well, its a German word and a German company, and its supposed to be pronounced with an accentuation on the last A, not the first I, making the -das at the end of the word like you would pronounce Haagen Dazs… Adidas. I still pronounce it like everyone else though, and to me GIF will always be said with a hard G. Hard G for Graphics. You say potato, I say potaato.

Well, this part of that page is confusing
The pronunciation of “GIF” is specified in the GIF specification to be “jif”, as in “jiffy”, rather then “gif”
So, “GIF” isn’t pronounced “gif.”
