More like a Top 20 really. It's interesting to compare it to last years list. We have the same number of 5 and 4 star prospects as last year (2 a piece), but our system seems a bit deeper this year. Something I think is indicative of this is the fact that there are many interesting names that didn't make the cut for Goldstein. Names like Victor Sanchez, Triunfel, Littlewood, Robles, etc. You'd have to think guys like these would rank in most other teams Top 20s. I think the consensus is that the M's farm system took a step forward from 2010. How do you guys think the farm system ranks in comparison to the other 29 teams? Just off the top of my head, and without being anything close to an expert, I would put us in the Top 10-15 range. Not bad. The M's core of young talent looks even better when you include young non-eligible players like Pineda and Ackley. We sure graduated a lot of people to the Majors in 2011. Wow.
