Some of us only shave when we have time.
I haven’t shaved in a month and I look like I have a week’s worth of growth.

Adrian, you son of a bitch
:(
How come you can do all this other great shit, but you can't lie the fuck down and sleep?
So is it safe to say if Adrian had spent his Mariner years somewhere like Texas or Boston he'd be Hall of Fame bound?
Y’know, barring injuries and the like.
Seems like it's a pretty good bet.
Of course, if he stays healthy for the duration of that contract in Texas he might make it in anyways.

I'd say he has a decent shot with the path he's on now.
But yeah, to answer the original question, we’d be seeing articles written about it already if that were the case.
Am I the only one
that thought the Murphy fly ball was just a lazy fly? That almost got out of that ballpark.
Nobody should ever have to see that username.
Nothing personal.

The Comissioner's Historic Achievement Award.
And as far as I know, they have not shown it.

The guy had a first ballot Hall of Fame career and all, but what did he do specifically that was historic in order to deserve the award?
Yeah, I think this was mainly a Selig wanted to see Griffey at the World Series so give him an award to get him there thing.
But it looks like Clemens and Gwynn have gotten it for general body of work before, and Griffey’s career and fame is on their level, so whatever.

Yep, 2001 M's won it as well.

Rick Sutcliffe: "you can try and run on the pitcher, but you can't run on Yadier Molina"
Yadier Molina: * picks off Kinsler *
He's in need of a new job soon.

Huh, Leo does not age well.

I have no idea why it took so long
But I just now realized that Napoli hit .320/.414/.631 this year.
Five walks through four IP?
Yeah that’s a good start. Surprised the bullpen isn’t warming up already.
Fuck off Texas.
At the bar today watching the Hawks game and the place was overrun with Cowgirls fans when the game was over. Disgusting. Miserable sports day so far. C’mon Cardinals. 4 runs is nothing in this park.
I'm watching that game.
Cards can’t touch Holland. Edwin Jackson had seven walks and several stinging line drives hit right to gloves. I’m shocked the score is that close.
This series is following my wishes exactly.
Cards win every other game and end it with a WS victory game 7 back in St. Louis.

I knew that was bullshit.
Beckett threw one in Game 6 in 2003 to beat the Yankees and clinch the World Series.
.
@LookoutLanding
Jeff Sullivan
Justin Verlander’s forearm hair used to take Derek Holland’s mustache’s lunch money
But I thought nobody is able to get a hit off of him.
Or has being a Mariners fan clouded my judgement?
Derek Holland looks like Walt Flanagan, but nerdier.
He pitched one hell of a game, though. To completely shut that offense down for 8+ innings after the display we all saw last night, you have to be some kind of badass.
