Chone Figgins: best baserunner in the league?
These numbers don't include stolen bases, and only measure advancements on batted balls (grounders, fly outs, singles, etc). This is one of those things to which even now I don't think many of us pay enough attention.

I wish that was broken down by year, so we could see if 2010 was any different.

Different system for compiling baserunning results
As well as a different time frame. The BPro results you linked are for 2010. MGL’s results are for the last 4 years averaged per 150 games.

We don’t get a year-to-year breakdown from MGL, but going by BPro, he didn’t seem to be nearly as good this year as previously, but was still above average.

Yeah, I realize the timeframe difference
which is why I wasn’t sure how to go about comparing them. If Figgins didn’t have one of his better years on the basepaths, though, that makes sense.
