I'm so confused.
The line can go up?

I was sitting in row 18 and I yelled at League as loud as I could "THROW YOUR SPLITTER" after he threw a first pitch fastball to open the inning.
He paused, stepped off the rubber, walked back on, and threw a splitter the very next pitch. It was awesome. It was also a ball, since it was Brandon League, but still.
It sure is nice to get to 40 wins before the middle of August.
This takes me back to the very early days of the franchise when I was just glad we finally had a team.
Yay for Guti dingers.
And a hearty chuckle at the “Miracle” photo, heh.

Also, despite Adam Moore's horrendous day at the plate, he drove two balls to right field (one that was a line drive towards the corner that went just foul, the other the fly out) that looked really well struck.
He has legitimate opposite field power, which is nice on a team where only three guys (Bradley, Gutierrez, and Branyan) seem to have even a chance at hitting one out that way.
